Network context

ARG public service content describes an Inter-Fret network of more than 250 destinations worldwide.

02 - Executive summary

Four sentences - challenge, role, delivery, result.

01The challenge

ARG's business footprint spans freight, aviation, travel, visas, export, and upcoming employment services, so the digital experience needed to simplify discovery without flattening the group story.

02Our role

KCompute structured the group website, service navigation, visual system, and workflow-ready modules for recruitment, visa, and logistics collaboration.

03What we delivered

The delivery brought ARG's businesses under one platform and introduced dedicated paths for AI-enabled overseas jobs, Visa Dropbox, and TCI-enabled shipper-agent connectivity.

04The result

ARG now has a more consistent public presence, clearer paths into its divisions, and a scalable foundation for new digital services.

03 - The context

A diversified services group needed one digital front door for several business lines.

Public ARG content presents the group across international freight forwarding, aviation, travel and tourism, visas, supply chain management, export, and trading. The new platform needed to make that breadth easier to understand while supporting newer service lines such as overseas employment and digital visa workflows.

  • The group story had to bring multiple companies and service categories into one coherent public experience.
  • Visitors needed clearer routes into aviation, freight, export, recruitment, visa, and logistics collaboration services.
  • Newer digital tracks needed to sit beside established services without making the site feel fragmented.
  • The platform needed room for future business expansion without forcing another redesign.

04 - Our solution

A modular group platform with service-specific digital tracks.

KCompute treated ARG as a group ecosystem rather than a single brochure site. The content model starts with brand and division clarity, then routes users toward the right service, page, or workflow track.

Our role covered information architecture, UI/UX direction, responsive website implementation, service storytelling, and workflow-ready structure for recruitment, visa, and logistics collaboration modules.

  1. Discovery - Reviewed ARG's client brief, business units, service catalogue, screenshots, and public web content.
  2. Structure - Organized the sitemap around group identity, divisions, service categories, and user intent.
  3. Design - Created a modern responsive interface with stronger visual hierarchy and reusable service sections.
  4. Build - Implemented group and division pages, media-rich service narratives, and modular workflow entry points.
  5. Enhance - Added AI-enabled overseas jobs, Visa Dropbox, and TCI-enabled shipper-agent collaboration tracks.
  6. Validate - Kept public claims qualitative unless supported by the client brief or public ARG service pages.

06 - Results and outcomes

A clearer digital platform for ARG's brand, services, and future workflow expansion.

Unified group presence1

ARG's diverse businesses can now be presented through one coordinated digital experience instead of disconnected service narratives.

01Improved service discovery

Navigation and page structure make it easier for users to move from group identity to the relevant service area.

02Expansion-ready foundation

The platform can absorb new business units, service categories, media, and workflow modules as ARG grows.

03Workflow direction established

Recruitment, visa, and shipper-agent collaboration tracks have clearer places in the digital ecosystem.

04Claim discipline

The public case study avoids unsupported conversion, traffic, or processing claims until analytics are supplied.

07 - Technologies and delivery controls

A web portal foundation shaped around content, workflows, and future services.

Technology stack

  • Responsive web portal structure
  • Business-unit content architecture
  • Reusable service page components
  • Media-rich visual sections
  • AI-enabled recruitment flow direction
  • Visa and logistics collaboration workflow planning

Compliance frameworks

  • Public-source claim review
  • Client-approved media usage assumed for supplied assets
  • Responsive desktop and mobile layout checks
  • Future analytics placeholders withheld until validated

The implementation should be validated through type checking, linting, production build, media rendering, search/filter checks, and desktop/mobile page review.
