02 - Executive summary

Four sentences - challenge, role, delivery, result.

01The challenge

One Window OEP needed a digital operating layer for overseas recruitment, job matching, staffing workflows, administration, and visa-processing support.

02Our role

KCompute worked from inception as technology partner across planning, design, architecture, infrastructure, development, and administration BI.

03What we delivered

The delivery included a job seeker and employer portal, recruitment and staffing process support, administrative visibility, and role-aware flows for OEP and visa/compliance teams.

04The result

The launched platform gives One Window OEP a public digital experience and internal operating foundation for overseas employment services.

03 - The context

An overseas employment platform serving applicants, employers, recruiters, administrators, and compliance teams.

The project sits in Pakistan's manpower export and overseas employment ecosystem. The platform needed to support public job discovery while giving operational teams clearer workflows for recruitment, staffing, administration, and visa-processing coordination.

  • Job seekers needed a public digital path into overseas opportunities.
  • Employers and recruiters needed structured workflows for talent discovery and candidate handling.
  • Administrative and OEP teams needed visibility into platform activity without exposing unsupported public metrics.
  • Visa and compliance teams needed a coordinated digital workflow surface around candidate movement.

04 - Our solution

A role-aware web portal for overseas employment, recruitment operations, and visa-processing support.

KCompute shaped the platform around the end-to-end OEP business process: applicants discover and pursue overseas jobs, employers and recruiters manage hiring activity, administrators oversee operations, and OEP plus compliance teams coordinate recruitment and visa-processing steps.

As technology partner from inception, KCompute contributed planning, product direction, solution architecture, infrastructure planning, UI/UX design, application development, and administration BI.

  1. Inception - Partnered with One Window OEP on the technology direction and operating model.
  2. Planning - Mapped the OEP business process, platform audiences, and recruitment workflows.
  3. Architecture - Defined the portal architecture, infrastructure direction, and role-aware access model.
  4. Design and build - Developed job seeker, employer, recruiter, admin, OEP, visa, and compliance-facing flows.
  5. BI and launch - Added administration visibility and supported the launched 2025 platform.
